About the guest harbour

Services at the guest harbour

• Electricity and water are included in the service fee and are available on all piers.
• The code for the showers and toilets will be sent to you by email and SMS and is included in the service fee.
• You will find washing machines and tumble dryers in our laundry room at the back of the guest harbour building.
• A dishwashing station is available in the laundry room.
• A waste container for combustible waste, a glass container and an environmental station are located by the guest harbour office.
  Contact the harbour hosts to hand in hazardous waste.
• You can find the septic tank pump-out in Fiskhamnen on Koön.
• Towing within the harbour area in case of breakdown. Contact the harbour hosts for assistance.
• The harbour hosts can also help you charge your mobile, lend you a computer, lend you a 220 V power adapter, and give your engine a jump-start.

Day visitors

• Two-hour parking is available north of Arvidsons kiosk, by the stone steps below the Hamngatan/Kungsgatan intersection.
• Two-hour parking is also available below Villa Maritime, along the wooden jetty.
• Other day visitors are primarily directed to the south side of D pier in the guest harbour. Small boats are primarily directed to the innermost part of the south side of D pier.
• In the guest harbour, mooring for up to one hour is free. For day visits of one hour or more, a day fee applies. The day fee is valid 07:00-18:00. When arriving outside these times, the regular harbour fee applies

Fire and boat safety in the harbour

• For your own and others' safety, please follow Marstrand Guest Harbour's fire regulations. The harbour host has the right to evict the boat guest if the following regulations are not followed. Check the fire safety on your boat daily.
• Fire-fighting equipment is available at the guest harbour office, in the rubbish rooms, on all jetties and on the ferry. The harbour hosts have access to all fire-fighting equipment.
• The harbour hosts make a daily fire inspection to ensure safety in the guest harbour.
• Always check gas stoves or other flammable equipment and be very careful when using them while staying in the harbour area. When changing gas cylinders, check the connections.
• Be sure to extinguish lamps, candles, etc. when leaving the boat.
• It is strictly forbidden to barbecue on the boat, piers and in the surrounding area.
• Fuel bunkering is prohibited in the area around the guest harbour.
• In emergencies such as storms, please pay extra attention to the fire regulations, as the harbour may be overloaded.
• Swimming is prohibited in the harbour area.
